People really make or break the experience at and they broke this one. From an barely helpful and indifferent equipment rental staff to down right rude instructors, I will not ever go back to this ski place. Your money would be spent better at another ski resort. The only good thing about this place was that they have pretty nice rental equipment, but you better hope that you know how to put it on. It was completely up to me to outfit my 3 children (ages 4-9) and myself because the staff just simply handed over the equipment. In addition, there are no "beginner slopes" to teach your children how to ski unless you pay for lessons, which I don't need to do as I have been a skier for my entire adult life. I have never been to a more rude and beginner-unfriendly resort. Buyer beware!
