It's Unfortunate that this COMPANY is more focused on money than what it was intended for.. HELPING THOSE LESS FORTUNATE!!!! How is $600-700 low-income?!! It seems that they've gotten in bed with the likes of other real estate companies that are also claiming that these newly built/renovated apts are" income based" "low-income" housing when in fact they are same rental rates all over the city...only difference is normal landlords don't get a kick back from the government! Being that Section-8 and public housingprograms are becoming non existent Christopher Community has also decided to full advantage of Syracuse's city residents....sad but true....
