Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. I was in for a free oil change. Had to leave my vehicle as it would be a 2 hour minimum wait. Was given a loaner so I could get back to work. Only problem I have with this is it took so long to get an oil change and the time it took to get a loaner and the time it took to return to the dealer, return the vehicle and then wait for mine to be brought to me. After I get my free oil changes, I don't think I will be able to come back to the dealer for oil changes. It takes too much time out of my work day.
