Installed the App for my mother's pension account ...

Installed the App for my mother's pension account and life certificate. After entering account details it asks to add the bank. SBI is is our next door branch. It doesn't show that and gives the message that location is out of range. Waste of time. If you guys can't develop good quality apps, why so you waste time of the customers?
