I've been in Gear 30 several times and have always received good customer service, but last Thursday I went in looking for a specific item and received extraordinary customer service. They didn't carry what I needed and Olivia and Chase went out of their way to find a store who did carry it. When they couldn't do that either, Olivia found an alternative way to solve my problem. I was so impressed with their out-of-the-box thinking and I just thought management should know. (Thanks so much! You've earned a loyal customer!!!)
