Complimentary chips with two salsas were light and crisp, not tough, and taste freshly cooked, and keep on coming. Outstanding! Excellent guacamole. House margarita also excellent and contrary to what another reviewer has complained about, not too weak, just well-balanced and tasty. Camarones a la plancha entree was good, shrimp could have been a touch firmer perhaps, hot chile dipping sauce and pickled red cabbage superb. Extremely efficient service (and separate checks) even with a large (12-15?) group. I'd rate 4.5 if fractional ratings were possible. I'd return when next in Boulder to check out more of the menu. Also, an ideal pick for drinks and snacks and/or a casual meal with a large group.
