I've spent over $12k and 14 months trying to get this CRM to work for us. The customer service is terrible. I've gone months without an email reply trying to have small issues repaired. We wanted to switch from Salesforce to Method to sync with our Quickbooks and because they are a Canadian company. It's been 14 months and it still won't sync. We are going to continue with Salesforce which is very easy to work with and great customer service.
