As a customer for over 40 years, never having missed a payment prior to July 2020, (had previously paid months in advance re covid) I was stunned when I recieved the rudest letter advising me I would have my service disconnected if payment not recieved in seven days. This is before the august bill was even produced. Tthis is thier concern in times of covid????? This is also the only utility company that will not accept automatic credit card payments without a charge. Do they not recognize the convenience it affords them??? I will be moving everthing I can from this provider. Customer Beware.
