I had a bad experience last week. I got a quote over the phone and booked an appointment to repair my car. When I got there, they give me another quote!! Which was double. They said the person who gave you the quite is new, Sorry.
So , I decided to buy the part from this location and go to my mechanic to change the part. I bought the shocks from Toyota Gateway and called my mechanic but he was busy, therefore, I asked ToyotaGateway to change the parts.
I had to fix my car because I already planned a trip to Vancouver. I could repair my car in a private shop for half if they gave me the right quote when I called them.
Another thing: When I got my reports I realized the report says that I declined 2 new services!!
I never declined these services! Always check your report.
When I was paying my bill, I told the cashier that I fid not declined anything. Even I asked the technician, call me if some repairments needed for the break. He called me but when?! When my car was ready!
I am so disappointed with this customer service.
