I was called by Raben HR to schedule an interview....

I was called by Raben HR to schedule an interview. The recruiter sent an email confirming the time and date. She never showed up. I emailed twice and she did not reply. I emailed the generic HR email and got a friendly automated response that I would be hearing back from them within 3 business days. Crickets.

I also tried messaging the recruiter on LinkedIn to clear up any misunderstanding and to professionally let her know that I was still interested and she visited my profile and then...SHE DECLINED MY CONTACT REQUEST.

I was nothing but responsive and professional and SHE is the one that called ME. I m floored that a recruiter would a) ghost a scheduled interview b) not respond to a follow up from said candidate c) not accept a contact request from someone she identified as a viable candidate and d) treat people so poorly. I ve never left a poor review on google but this is not ok. If this is how they treat candidates what is it like to work there!?
