I'm sooooo happy to finally be driving my own car after over 5 years! Alan Tso helped me to find my dream car! His service was above and beyond excellent and he made it easy for me! On the day of purchase he picked me up at the bank and safely drove me and my driving rehab instructor to the dealership. He had my car sparking clean detailed in the show room and demoed all of the features for me. He helped me to hook up my phone to the car and showed me how to call from the car! I'm not great with tech but Alan made it easy. Even after the purchase Alan is going the extra mile and has contacted me to ask if I have any other questions about features or anything and to please feel free to ask! He's so polite and professional. I am comfortable to ask any questions and feel very supported in my car purchase! Thank you Alan and Westminster Toyota!
