Not able to select zero stars. Their "customer service representative" was very apathetic while informing me that losing a key is not a maintenance emergency on a Friday night and that I could take it up with the office on Monday. I don't take much with me when walking my dog. I searched through half a mile of grass for an hour and a half. When I asked if I should sleep on the sidewalk all weekend she told me that was "up to me". Most locksmiths won't open a door without proof of possession and payment. She asked about my second key. If I had that it would have been lost too. Apartments don't exactly have hide-a-key spots outside the door. She refused to reach out to maintenance. She also refused to let me speak to a super. Thanks Nicole!!
