These guys took over Insight and service went all to hell. Also, they scam you... see that "Home Wifi" charge on your bill? If you have your own cable modem and router, this charge is bogus yet they are billing EVERYONE for it. Fleecing their customers... I tried to file a class-action but no lawyer wants to go up against these guys over a $5 charge.
