Mary Manning and Bailey were a tremendous help during my job search. Mary in particular is a kind, transparent and incredibly smart person. She knows how to bring the best out of people and will be your biggest advocate before, during and after the completion of your job search. She will work with you every step of the way and is very flexible (e.g. she's willing to text after hours and to jump on a call during the weekend). Mary runs a family owned agency and such is apparent when you enter her office. Everyone is very friendly, supportive and dependable. One thing that stood out while working with Mary was that she was always transparent, encouraging and efficient with her work. She reached out to me immediately after getting word of a new position, she would negotiate the highest rate of pay and before every interview, she would give me the most encouraging pep talk.
