Ordered a countertop & paid for it on Jan. 30th. Was told backordered but would arrive at Howe Lumber on February 15th. Got there today Feb 17th only to be told it's not there. Got an apology and was given my order number so I would have that. No reason given for the poor customer service and total lack of follow through! No offer of a discount or compensation. I won't buy anything there again. No one has spare time to run back and forth needlessly! I only have weekends. And this would have been handled better at Lowe's for sure!
