I read some of the reviews, and the reviews are accurate! This place should be reported to Dept of Health and shut down. There isn t adequate running water, and if it is running it s cold. Your family member will be washed in cold water unless someone heats it up in the microwave. The residents are totally neglected. They are falling, seriously getting hurt, and management is covering these incidents up. They are not being monitored for follow up treatment, there are simply put in bed and left there to suffer physical pain, and mental anguish. The building is literally falling apart especially on the 5th and 6th floor because of some crazy leak, so your family member will not be safe staying there. The living conditions in the facility are by far some of the poorest living conditions I have ever seen in any Nursing Facility that I have ever come across. If you must seek care do NOT send your family member the Greater Harlem! They will surely be neglected, and experience a horrible encounter at this facility! I m so disgusted with this place that I took the time to leave a review and warn others! This facility is a disgrace! Should be investigated by the NYSDOH and shut down!!!!
