This is my second new car purchase at Mossy Escondido, and I am reminded why I like this location so much. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable about all the cars they have. I worked with a sales consultant named Bijan and he stuck with me through 4 color changes and 3 car switches, in the rain. The only pressure I felt here was on myself when making my final decision. The sales manager today, Nick, made sure I was able to adhere to the terms I wanted. He and Bijan listened closely and made sure to get what I wanted.
I have to add that the service at this location has always been top notch, which is a bonus comfort when buying a car. A+ Mossy. Thanks!
