Selling and buying a house is stressful! Having the right realtor is a MUST. You want someone you can trust, who's going to work (sometimes behind the scenes) to answer questions and process the necessary information that you will not always be able to answer. I was lucky, I had Kaila Brooks as my realtor. She is AMAZING! She went above and beyond what I'd expected. Showing my house during a pandemic, answering questions (day and night) both mine and prospective buyers, and at times when things went sideways (which always happens!) she was there to hold my hand and lead me through it.
