I have been a member for about 18 months. The general overall cleanliness dropped off pretty dramatically in the last 6ish months. Complained 3x over a one week long period about one particular grossness in the locker room. Front desk gal told me they can't communicate with the cleaning crew and kinda shrugged her shoulders. Sadly, going to be moving on to a new place.
