Gave them the spare key and security fob for the p...

Gave them the spare key and security fob for the property I am renting so they could carry out an inspection while I was at work, perfectly happy with service at this point.
But a few months later a gas safety check was due so advised again that could be done using the spare key as I couldn t take the time off work but got a call back to say they had lost the keys!

Mistakes happen and had the lost keys and fob been replaced and given back to me then I wouldn t be here complaining... instead we are almost 3 years down the line and after multiple attempts to contact them and resolve it I am left with only 1 security fob that would leave me stranded outside the block should it fail... have I also mentioned the intercom doesn t work?

Attempts to contact them and resolve the issue include:

Reporting it in writing via email and following up with a telephone conversation

Further telephone conversations

Reporting it via the website for maintenance issues

Forwarding emails reporting it directly to the lettings manager of the chester office and being told he would investigate... That was 7 months ago and still nothing

I cannot recommend the Lettings office because of this unfortunately.
