We got to know Katie Scandalios through a coincidence when we were looking for renting a house. Our initial realtor was not very active so we had to step in and help with search/appointments/etc. We were interested in renting a house listed under Stanton Company Realtor. We called their office to schedule an appointment, they were very welcoming and we felt very comfortable working with them. We decided right away to work with them, that when I met Katie. We thank God for sending Katie our way, she was a pure bless.

We worked with Katie for over a year until we found the house we liked. She initially helped us finding a rental place for a year while we were looking to buy a house. Katie is very energetic, knowledgeable, and responsive. She is always on top of things and she always cared about finding something good we like. To further explain, we had situations in which Katie very politely advised us: 1) to put less money, 2) to carefully think about whether the house is appropriate location, 3) not to put an offer due to issues with the house, and 4) not to put an offer as the house is not good for us. This is something realtors do not usually do! We strongly feel that Katie is caring about us getting something we like.

We changed the towns we were looking in three times and she has been always extremely helpful until we got the house we really wanted. The phrase that she always used to say: I am sure we will get something you love . Finally, we were able to get what we wanted.

Katie has great connections. She helped us getting professional opinions/feedback in numerous occasions from handy man, inspector, broker, school principal, and lender. In one occasion, we were able to get a consultation, letter draft and review from an attorney she knows. All of that was for free. Such consultation was at least 200$ somewhere else. In another occasion, she was able to reach to a school principal through a friend to get more insight about the programs in the district. Once we were close to the closing date, Katie worked really hard and helped us as well as the attorney to make sure we get things done on time. She has taken tasks at some point that my attorney/ myself should have taken. That was very much appreciated.

My kids love Katie! I can t forget when my son woke up the first day in the new house asking whether Katie is sleeping at our house. They get used to see her and play with her to the point that they wanted her to live with us.

I have recommended Katie to couple of friends. When I hear my friend's stories with their realtors, I thank God that we worked with her. :)
