As a licensed Real Estate professional working for Brickell Realty Group, I have always taken pride in maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. I am sorry that this client feels the way that he states, but his allegations are a misunderstanding of the process and its procedures.

Regretfully, this is the result, of trying to accommodate to the specific needs of a person during a situation where there was a high degree of uncertainty, and where as usual the decision is not that of the agent, but that of the owner of the property.

I am contractually committed to follow the owner's instructions and to abide by the procedural guidelines set forth by the State of Florida and the brokerage firm that I work for.

This client demanded that I break the rules and professional protocol to cater exclusively to his wishes without taking into consideration that I have to comply with all the rules and to answer to the Owner of the property.

I apologize to the client if he feels that I should have done otherwise, and would have liked to be able to accommodate and cater to his needs. With this said, I am proud of my record as a professional and reiterate that the allegations are a misunderstanding.
