As long as you go early in the morning, things are great! They provide child care, which is very convenient. However, more often than not, there is only one person working the desk, even though there may be 2-3 people behind the desk, only 1 appears to be working. This mean checking in is an absolutely nightmare if you don t have a pass. Just to check in your child for the child care can take as long as 30 minutes! Yes, the facilities are beautiful. Yes, the classes and instructors are great. It does not appear that management leads by example as they are nowhere to be found to assist during the peak times and the poor Kid at the front are doing the best they can.
