Absolutely pathetic customer service, I brought a ticket online, after processing the payment, the page displays, processing error, I checked my credit card provider, they said the transaction was approved, I checked my email, it gave me a transaction receipt, confirming of my payment, however ticke is not mailed nor sent, trying to contact the customer service helpline, they do not answer the phone line, wondering if it is only me? strange an exhibition of this magnitude, has such a poor track recors of customer service..............never shall be going to it in future.
