Terrible after-service. I let a technician for a dishwasher which was broken. Whirlpool could not make a clear appointment. Just a confirmation that the technician during the day would come during working hours. Have been waiting all day. Meanwhile, even redial service to ask if they could be more specific concerning. the hour. Negative answer. To 17h45, the (friendly) technician then by and have repaired the damage in 10 minutes. There was a piece of glass in the pump. 179 EUR for a small repair of 10 minutes and a short drive from the previous customer to me. Isn't that outrageous? Even put the machine back in place, together with me, was not included. I NEVER BUY A WHIRLPOOL
