We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my sons birthda...

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my sons birthday... n I hated every minute of it... the worst customer service and customer orientation! The food is very very average. A very rude chef told my husband that my 18 month old has to wear a mask and threatened him to call the general manager if we didn t comply ! An extremely rude waitress said you just ordered a coffee ... u also want a juice...with a very smug expression.. I had to explain to her that the juice was for my little girl... then also she took 20 mins to get it. I asked for pool towels and they didn t come even after 2 calls and 40 mins. I asked for a plug and the one they sent didn t work. The room didn t have a dental kit, so I called and it took over an hr to come. We wanted to book a space at the roof top restaurant for 930 pm so we went at 5 to request for a space.. the guy was amazingly rude / unaccommodating and told us point blank that everything is full and we can absolutely get no booking at all. We requested to be informed in case of a cancellation and he refused to do that as well.. said nothing is getting canceled.. he somehow knew that at 5 o clock. We made a terrible mistake of going there.. will never repeat this mistake ... EVER !
