We had a very disappointing service experience with this company. They ordered the wrong replacement window, which we painted awaiting installation. We were told they would deduct $50 for our painting and the cost to install the re-replacement would be $200 less this $50 plus another $5 because the right window was smaller. The $5 deduct was based on today's prices not when the window was ordered and paid for nearly 6 months ago. The service tech told us the bill would be $145 (and we signed the invoice authorizing a credit charge). The next day we were told the charge was $195...suspiciously close to the original installation cost of $200. It was explained they didn't even charge for the first trip out. We hope not since they screwed up the first time. We wouldn't recommend this company nor their product. We have had problems with these windows for years.
