Place has been redesigned since I came last. New entrance is on 34th street. They have kiosks to buy your tickets or check in with your pass apps. You can also upgrade to the 102nd floor from the kiosk. New view from the 102nd floor is floor to ceiling glass panels vs the smaller windows from before, which is a great improvement and better view. Great upgrade to this attraction!!
