Nothing but awful dealing with them. Our pleasant slum Lord went bankrupt & peak got our building. Rude, unprofessional, illegal activity against tenants, I can go on. I dealt with at least half a dozen people who work for the company & they're were all terrible and rude. Should have sued for pro-rated rent but was too busy moving across country to care.
