Front Desk manager Paul is the rudest person I ve ever encountered. I do not recommend this hotel from my experience with him alone. He is extremely unprofessional and does not attempt to accommodate customers in anyway. We were informed by Geniuses that our reservation dates had been changed to the correct date we were needing and upon our arrival were informed by Paul that we were charged a no show fee and could not get our money back. He attempted in no way to refund our money or give us credit. We traveled from Texas and now we are $200+ in a hole with no room.
