The few times I have been to Alive + Well so far have been absolutely amazing! Every single person is so friendly. I had the absolute best massage today from Jen after several days of dealing with a chronic pain issue. She worked magic on me and I feel like a new person! Also, the day retreat is such a good deal and so worth it. Excited to try out the other services this gem has to offer!
