Major safety concerns for little ones. Exposed sharp corners at eye level all over the place in the first floor area with bubble fest. Cheap plastic fence used to create barrier is completely inappropriate for children, exposed raw sharp end with no thought to child safety. Tripping hazard in stroller parking area (small brace on plastic fence) Sharp edged table in tot area perfect for splitting little heads and everything else open. Exposed extension cord, no padding on pillars with sharp corners. Inappropriate placement of shoe rack too close to jumper ingress/egress. My daughter was ejected from the opening when a teenaged volunteer was not watching. She hit her head on the shoe rack which was approximately 1.5' from the opening. Her forehead had a visible bump and the haematoma is finally clearing up. Lucky she didn't hit the edge of the shoe rack which has an extremely sharp and jagged edge. No staff or manager on the floor and no one checking on volunteers. This place is one seriously hurt kid away from a major law suit! Don't have that kid be your kid! I was standing four feet away from the opening and saw my poor daughter get poshed or bounced (didn't see why she was flying through the air, just saw that she was) out of the jumper and smash her little head into a wooden shoe rack. It could have broken her neck the way she hit. We were extremely lucky. The bubble fest show was excellent and well produced. There were plenty of staff members and volunteers present to make the show safe and fun for all ages. The only issue is with the downstairs bubble fest area. I am not a safety nut at all but this area is dangerous.
