The Department of Human Services is doing a decent job overall. They provide necessary support to the community and their website is informative and user-friendly. However, there are a few areas that could be improved upon. The response time for inquiries can be a bit slow at times, and the application process for certain programs can be confusing. Nevertheless, I appreciate the efforts of the department in serving the citizens.
