The plumbing is rusted , corroded ,galvanized pipe...

The plumbing is rusted , corroded ,galvanized pipes that are 50 years old. We had a brick wall that collapsed, and a building burn. My condo was broke into,and my plumbing appeared to be vandalized . I've heard over half of our subdivision is investments now.

I do not trust our HOA.

All of our board members appear to have expensive , beautifully renovated property inside and out. They don't seem to have plumbing problems , old roofs,rusted carports,rotten wood,foundation problems, rats,or termites. To my understanding- It is their responsibility to maintain the property and common grounds.

The president's boyfriend is a " businessman" . His rusted tow truck seems to stay parked at the back of the property near the dog park. He is on our finance committee,his son was a contractor
