Proper customer service is almost nonexistent. You have to constantly come and follow up. No one ever calls you to arrange for any clearance checks. You as the tenant has to come and ask for everything. Don t ever trust that they will call, even when they say they will, they won t. Once you come to the office it s waiting to be served, waiting for an answer, waiting for someone to actually do something to solve the problem. Let s not even begin with maintenance, you can call everyday and still no one will show up. Now when vacating they want to know why maintenance is never done.
The Q-matic system is not accurate at all, you will get a ticket that shows 0mins waiting time and you will end up waiting more than an 1 just to be seen. Some serious upgrades and service improvements need to happen. I would have given negative stars but unfortunately that isn t available.
