This place deserves 0 stars as it is
very dishonest & their customer service is unbelievably terrible & their reps are rude. I placed an order & I never received updated emails. In addition, the status of the order was in 'pre transit' for over a week so I called to inquire about this. Very rude agent said they sent out a cancellation email the same day my order was placed & a refund was issued because product was out of stock. This was a blatant lie, I never received a cancellation email & my card was still charged. The rep acted like I was unintelligent repeatedly telling me I need to check my spam folder. I stated that I consistently checked spam & all I received from this shady company were advertisements.
Surprise...after I hung up with customer service I received a cancellation email with a refund issued on the day of my call. I called back to inform customer service & the same rep said they sent out the refund email AGAIN after speaking to me. And she further stated my card was refunded the day of purchase. This again was a LIE because the email shows refund was issued the day of the phone call & my card still has not been refunded. Stay away from this crooked company. If you have to resort to these tactics to make money then you do not deserve to be in business.
