I recently went to the emergency room, because I had been nauseated and vomiting for several hours to the point of getting dehydrated. This was due to divrtIculities. It wa s the middle of the night and very quiet. The staff in reception area were very pleasent. When I was taken back to the er a nice young man named Heath hooked my up to the monitors and told me my nurse Erin would be with my shortly. After an hour the Dr Keller came to see and ordered a CT scan. I still had seen my nurse nor had I been able to get a blanket. After the Dr left, a Nurse named Maureen came in and said she was covering for Erin while Erin went to lunch. She then hooked me up to an iv . I asked for a blanket again. About 20 minutes later the CT tech and I was finally given a blanket in the CT room.. About 30 minutes after the scan yhe Dr came back and confirm it was what I been telling them all the time I was there. About 20 minutes later Maureen came in and I finally got some anti nausea medicine about 3 hour after they took me back. . I never did see Erin. Compared to Honor Health , where I went last time I got this sick from the diverticulitis the service was poor at best. At Honor Health they had me on iv in minutes and the Dr had me on anti nausea medicine and pain medication within 30 minutes.
