We were lured here to test drive a Hyundai after receiving a free $50 Visa card if we test drive a car. We needed a new car and were leaning towards getting a Nissan Rogue. After researching Hyundai vehicles online before we came in, we were soon interested. We found one online with a price listed that they had inside the dealership showcase (Tucson with all the works). After test driving three vehicles with Patrick our sales rep, we fell in love with the Tucson on the floor. We told him the price we saw for this exact car listed online. He came back 10 minutes later after speaking to his boss and gave us a price that was 6k higher than what they had listed online. We told him we would pay the price listed online and he gave us some bull about why the price is higher. We told him we weren t interested and got up to leave. He then said he d talk to his boss one more time and see what he could do. He came back with the same exact price listed online that we wrote down! To the exact dollar! That s what we told him initially and they tried to rip us off 6k or start the negotiating way high. We felt that was unethical and false advertising since we told them from the beginning we wanted the price they had on this exact car online. We got up and went to Nissan and bought a Rogue for that price because they have a better reputation and we felt scammed here.

We filled out the paperwork for the $50 Visa card we were guaranteed for test driving a car with our sales rep. After 9 phone calls to people over a period of 5 months (I have names and times I called written down for my records), we finally got our gift card. They told us it would take a couple weeks to process. Every time I called (which was about once every two or three weeks) they said the HR person or secretary is processing it and would call us back and take care of it. Nobody ever called me back. Nobody ever started to process it like they all kept telling me every time I called. I had to keep bugging them and finally got through to someone in HR to help us. It should not take 9 phone calls over 5 months to get what was promised to us.! This place is shady and I wouldn t recommend them at all. They use false advertising pricing vehicles for sale online and make it EXTREMELY difficult for you to get your $50 gift card for a test drive. I don t need $50, but it was the principle that really bothered me, so that s why I kept bugging them for it. Honesty goes a long way for me when I m spending over 30k for a new car. This place didn t display that for us.
