In 2 years second time I have a hearing booked but...

In 2 years second time I have a hearing booked but there is no hearing.
First time December 2016 the other party postponed it and the court didn't let me know... took time off work went there waited 2 hours to find out hearing was vacated.
Second time November 2017 waiting on a chair from 9.30am to 4pm ..."sorry we don't have time for your case it will be re-booked" ... when?? In another year time??
I believe we were the only case without solicitors so they decided to give our time slot to another case.
Lost pay at work and there is no compensation.
I thought Courts promote Justice!! No they don't they promote their own interest.
Don't feel like being in a civilized Country.
UK is becoming a third world country!!!

UPDATE
The Court lost my Counter claim.
They told me to look for Legal Advise!!!!!
