Bloody hopeless bunch .... place an order on somet...

Bloody hopeless bunch .... place an order on something they don't have in stock .. but give no indication that they don't stock the item on the website .. so all In all they have to order from manufacturers which takes an extra 5 days .. then 3 days turn around at there warehouse then 7 days to get to me ... so can take 15 days they also say we will let you know if it'll be late .. which they didn't.. only after I went looking for my order then ring them i find this out .. and there attitude stinks .... recomend buying elsewhere ....
