These guys are the best! A few years ago, I had a cracked screen on my laptop... Best Buy told me it would take two weeks to fix and cost $800 (the laptop was probably worth half that). I took it to the Hamsters and they fixed it in half an hour for $75. When it came time to buy a new machine, I went back to them, and they set me up with a bullet-proof hp laptop... all metal shell, easy access removable back plate. It has bounced around planes, trains, buses, automobiles and motorcycles all over the world, and still works like a champ three years on. A few days ago I brought it in for a quick check up in preparation for a trip to SE Asia. Misa de-bugged it, cleaned out all the dirt and gunk from the keyboard and the guts, helped me figure out how to undo a couple of things I shouldn't have done to begin with, and sent me on my way, no wait, no charge! Who does that?! I couldn't recommend Happy Hamster more strongly. I've sent everyone I know who needed a new machine or repairs to them, and the feedback is unanimously positive. Big props to Misa, Lucas and the rest of the crew!
