The experience I had working at COSMAIR RESEARCH CENTER (L'OREAL) in Clark, NJ was average. The work environment was decent and the company provided good benefits. However, there were some areas that needed improvement. The management was not very supportive and there was a lack of communication between teams. Overall, it was an okay experience.
