Really sad. Please be sure someone stays with your family member while hospitalized at Hillcrest. Your loved one will need an advocate and help. The nursing staff seem qualified and caring, but they are definitely spread too thin. The hygene services like cleaning, bathing, fresh lenins just don't happen. My mom's surgical procedure was successful, but the recovery service is abysmal.
