Took my son in to the er at 5 Am with difficulty breathing from asthma attack. First impressions were a rough dated facility with needed updates in the waiting room. The place felt dirty. Triage got us checked in quickly with about 4-5 other people in the room. They got my son in a room that was dated and needed a good cleaning gross floors old cabinets that were dinged up and in need of a rework. The doctor came in promptly and ran tests to see why he always having trouble. Standard ER wait and priorities. The staff did well to figure out he had the flu. They had a lot on their hands that morning including a patient destroying the room next door and the police having to restrain him. Facility is a one star but the care we received was 4/5 the only fault I noticed was it seemed like there was a lack of communication between the nurses and other staff.

Overall a positive experience. I am waiting to see how the billing will go with out of state insurance.
