I had a telehealth appointment with Deenah (due to Covid), and it was one of the worst experiences with a medical professional I have ever had in my entire life.

From the very beginning, I felt like I was on the defensive. She made a lot of negative assumptions about me and made me feel like a drug addict/criminal simply for trying to continue my use of my ADD medication (that I ve been having success with for nearly a decade). I was in tears for most of our consultation and it was absolutely humiliating.

I understand there is a definite problem with the abuse of medications like mine, but her level of hostility felt unnecessary.

The receptionist, however, was a delight! She definitely made me feel slightly less demoralized after my nightmarish experience.
