I took my desktop computer to their location to have the motherboard replaced. When I got my computer back and hooked it up back at home, I noticed the power LED light did not turn on when or after I turned on the computer.

I opened up my computer to see what was wrong with it, and I discovered that Engle Computer Service made many wrong connections after installing my replacement motherboard: the second CPU fan was connected to the wrong header on the motherboard, the hard drives were connected in the wrong order, power LED and reset front panel connectors were connected in the wrong spots, and the graphics card was in the PCIe 4 slot instead of the PCIe 1 slot, which hinders performance. There may have been a couple more wrong connections, but I'm not sure as I had to redo the entire front panel connections except audio and USB ports.

They never told me that swapping a different model motherboard with the old one would be an issue; otherwise, I would have taken my computer to someone else or just did the work myself.

I will never go back to Engle Computer Service because I got super stressed out finding and fixing all of their mistakes, and I had to pay $115 for their work. It wasn't worth taking my computer back to them because I don't have a car, I gave them all the time they asked for to fix it the first time, they never told me they would come to my home to fix any problems I might have with the computer when I spoke with them multiple times, I was afraid if I called them to complain they would get very difficult with me on the phone, and who knows if they would do things right the second time. It was easier to find and fix their mistakes myself, but boy what a pain it was partly because I kept needing to open up my computer again and again every time I noticed a problem with it.

And I never said I wanted my computer back by the next day; that is a lie! I gave them ALL the time they needed to complete the job, and I SERIOUSLY doubt that they would have been very accommodating at all if I had called to complain about the problems I was having with their work after I picked up my computer from them, and it was VERY painful for me to go in and fix all of their mistakes on my own; it's ALL lies in their response to my review!
