My husband went through day surgery today morning . The specialist was excellent, very polite and caring. My concern is about the nursing staff at the recovery centre. Many of them on duty but no one eager to work! Small thing like faxing a prescription to the pharmacy, they did it with such a look on their face that I felt as if I have asked them to move mountains. No smile, rude, and too busy talking amongst each other. Sad very sad when such professionals lack basic manners.
