Ford Family - Lincoln MK-S Owner. Yes - Ford services my Lincoln. Prince William County doesn't have a Lincoln Dealer and Cowles has a GREAT Service Department.
They care, They are knowledgeable, and even took the time to do a ride-along test drive for a shake-down after maintenance to be sure the wrinkle I thought was there was taken care or - 100% support.
Yes, I own a Ford F-150, and a Boss 302 (2013) Mustang that get taken care of here as well.
Richard knows his stuff - I do, but can't take the time these days to do my own stuff... So Thank you.
