I would avoid working here unless you have a family member that has been here for over a decade. I never worked here but had a close contractor relationship that lasted for over 20 years. They use Adecco temp service to work you until the last week of your contract and may hire one person. Then the new set of temps arrive. They have the best health coverage I have ever seen. I ve seen some pretty unsafe practices and untrained people doing jobs. The break room was remodeled into a convenience store that deducts from your check. Pretty pricey. They primarily build for Honda and Harley. Plenty of layoffs. Business practices that make you wonder how they stay in business. So much waste. Truck drivers have mixed reviews. It depends on who is servicing their load on the dock.
