I had such a horrible experience at this dealership. I would highly not recommend this location to anyone. I came in with a brand new car. They damaged it and refused to take responsibility. They did not follow up as they indicated they would twice. It has been a month now, I will have to take more serious actions. This is not how someone should be treated when going to a dealership, especially when I purchased a brand new Toyota vehicle.
